Open the door vof the printer from which you access the paper. Pull out the door and the tray whichever is possible so that you can have a closer look inside where the paper jam has occurred.
Ensure that there are no left over paper bits and torn paper inside the printer.
Pull out the toner cartridge by its handle and remove the paper from there if any. Replace it after removing all of it.
To pull out the sheets that are jammed hold the paper carefully and then pull it in the direction that it normally feeds. Do not pull it backwards as it may damage the function of the laser printer.
Place back all the trays, doors and cartridges and turn it back on.
